The 2010 annual conference will take place in Halifax Nova Scotia from Sunday, August 22 to Thursday, August 26. Commissioners and delegates should contact their Jurisdictional Representative for details on registration.

The Annual Meetings of the Conference are not open to the public. Only persons designated by their respective governments are entitled to attend as delegates or observers.
